Last year, Symbol participated in two major building materials exhibitions in the United States: Coverings and KBIS. This was the first time since the outbreak of COVID-19 that we had the opportunity to meet face-to-face with our old customers. For many days and nights, we could only keep in touch by email, phone, and other means. However, when we met again, we felt very warm and moved. We chatted about the quality of the sinks, the progression of our careers, the changes in the industry, and the insights of life. Every word was full of kindness and sincerity. At the same time, we were also very lucky to meet many new friends, some of whom were introduced by old friends, and some of whom we encountered by chance at the scene. But we all believe that this is a wonderful fate that allows us to meet and get to know each other in this vast world.
Our gains exceed that. As our experience of participating in exhibitions accumulates every year, we also gain a better understanding of the needs of our on-site customers.
